DIY: Photo Easels

12 Jul

Recently, I was contacted by the great people at BuzzFeed asking if I would like to create a travel photo inspired DIY project for their site. I (of course!) jumped at the opportunity and came up a with a few crafty ideas. Their favorite – DIY Photo Easels.

Next time you’re choosing travel photos to display, skip the boring picture frame and turn your vacation memory into a chic decorative accessory. Here’s a link to the full tutorial. The blog post also features two more great DIY photo projects, so make sure to check them out too!

xoxo, Andi

P.S. This wasn’t the first time I was featured on BuzzFeed. My cork ball tutorial was part of a cork projects round-up a couple years back!

How neat is that! I have so many pictures from all over and I always end up putting them in a boring standard frame, but this is great and a much more interesting way to display pictures.. Thanks for the idea!

I tried this over the weekend and it is soo cute! I did a couple different pictures and I found the ones with buildings turned out looking the most professional. Someone even asked where I got it! Love it when that happens! šŸ™‚ Thanks for making me look like a total pro!
